Ingredients:
1 lb Carrots, peeled & shredded
2 tb Lemon juice
1 Onion, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbs Orange juice
3/4 cup Radishes, thinly sliced
1 dash Cinnamon
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
Salt & pepper
3 tbs Olive oil
Mix carrots, oranges, radishes with cilantro in bowl.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, water, cinnamon,
salt & pepper to taste & pour over the salad.
Cover & chill at least 1 hour
